Rare Alien coffee or cocktail table rendered in steel and aluminum designed by Italy based Japanese designer Yauhiro Shito for Cattelan Italia, 1990s.
The table features a sweeping, circular top executed in premium brushed stainless steel (often cataloged in Europe under its material moniker, RVS). Its defining characteristic is a dramatic, seamless central concave bowl built directly into the surface—an elegant geometric depression that serves as both a structural focal point and a functional catchment or centerpiece bowl.
